The indications
- Ringer’s lactate solution is very often used for fluid resuscitate after a blood loss due to trauma, surgery, or a burn injury.
- It is also used in patients as a source of bicarbonate in the treatment of mild to moderate metabolic acidosis associated with dehydration or associated with potassium deficiency.
